If it is necessary to check the quality of the product, an examination by the authorized body "Center for Examination and Assessment of Textile Products" can be conducted, during which the fact of the consumer's violation of the warranty conditions for the use of the product is established. According to Clause 4 of Article 17 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights", the examination is organized within three days from the day of receipt of written consent from the consumer to conduct examination of products.

If, according to the results of the examination, it is proved that the defects arose after the delivery of the goods to the consumer and subsequently the violation of the rules of operation, storage and transportation by the consumer, the consumer's demands shall not be satisfied, and the consumer shall be obliged to reimburse the costs of the examination.

The consumer's request for replacement of the product is subject to immediate satisfaction if it is available, and in case of its absence - within two months from the moment of submission of the application. If it is impossible to satisfy the demand within the established period, then the consumer has the right, at his choice, to demand the replacement of the product with defects for another product of another brand (model) of the appropriate quality with a corresponding recalculation of the price or a refund. Consumer requests for a refund must be satisfied within seven days.
